Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance. | |

Key Responsibilities\: | |
1. | Under close supervision, responsible for maintenance and modification of IT solutions in areas of responsibility. |
2. | Document system changes and enhancement. |
3. | Prepare and perform testing of IT solutions in areas of responsibility. |
4. | Provide users support on IT solutions in areas of responsibility. |
5. | Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams for system maintenance. |
6. | Maintain system documentations and reports of IT solutions in areas of responsibility. |
7. | Provide after office hours system support. |
8. | Install, configure and maintain system hardware, software or services. |
9. | Assist in monitoring systems connectivity, performance and security control in the areas of responsibility. |
10. | Assist the implementation of technical infrastructure enhancements in the areas of responsibility. |

Entry Requirements\: | |
1. | Degree in Computer Science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent. |

Preferred Attributes\: | |
1. | Good oral and written communication skill in supporting end user. |
2. | Good phone manner and possess a positive customer service attitude. |
3. | Experience in carrying out system documentation of the application components. |
4. | Experience in supporting HA IT systems. |
5. | Responsible, self-motivated, pleasant and mature personality. |
