How You’ll Contribute? (Roles & Responsibilities)

As an L&D Project Management – Project Admin Support Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Project Setup & Planning
    Create and maintain project IDs and profitability trackers following internal approvals.
    Support revenue and cost phasing in collaboration with Project Managers.
    Maintain revenue forecasts and client invoicing plans.
  • Financial Monitoring & Control
    Track project costs, vendor invoices, and expense recharges.
    Update project financials, including revenue, cost, and margin.
    Upload approved invoices to client portals and coordinate billing milestones.
  • Invoicing & Cash Collection
    Monitor accounts receivable, WIP, and aged debt.
    Follow up on overdue invoices and escalate payment issues as required.
    Liaise with Finance and vendors on payment status and queries.
  • Project Closure
    Support final financial reconciliation, accruals, and reporting.
    Close project IDs upon completion and approval.
    Meet the project team across the region and ensure financial reports are updated.
    Based on the requirements of the business, additional responsibilities as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • Years of experience: 1-2 years experience in related role
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters in Management. Finance specialization preferred
  • Technical Skills:
    Project financial management, including revenue forecasting, cost tracking, WIP and margin monitoring.
    Proficiency in MS Excel (trackers, reconciliations, phasing) and MS PowerPoint for reporting support.
    Experience with project setup, project IDs, billing milestones, and invoicing processes.
    Understanding of accounts receivable, aged debt, accruals, and basic financial controls.
    Familiarity with ERP/finance systems and client invoicing portals (e.g. SAP, Oracle or similar).
    Strong documentation and record-keeping skills aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines accurately.
    Effective communication skills to coordinate with project teams, Finance, vendors, and stakeholders.
    Organised, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting regional teams.
    Problem-solving mindset with the ability to flag risks, discrepancies, and follow through on resolutions.
    Adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
    Collaborative team player with a professional and service-oriented approach.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Travel Requirements: No travel required
