Project Administrator & Document Controller
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project documents, records, drawings, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper document registration, filing, distribution, revision control, and tracking.
- Prepare and maintain document registers, transmittals, and submission records.
- Coordinate document submissions and follow up on pending approvals, comments, and responses.
- Ensure the project team has access to the latest approved documents.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the project team.
- Assist with preparation of meeting minutes, reports, and project records.
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
- Support project handover and close-out documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams as required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Administration, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in document control or project administration, preferably in construction.
- Familiar with construction documents, drawings, and project workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with ACC or other document management systems is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
