In this role, you'll:


• You will provide project and administrative support across a nominated team, ensuring efficient delivery of project activities, reporting, documentation and operations.


• You will coordinate information, records, purchasing and project administration activities in a complex infrastructure environment to support timely project outcomes.


• You will maintain accurate project documentation and financial administration processes to support business performance and customer-focused outcomes.

About you


• Demonstrated experience performing administrative or project support tasks, with strong document management, reporting and stakeholder support capabilities.


• You’re recognized as organized and customer-focused, skilled at prioritizing competing demands while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.


• You bring experience in project administration and operational support to achieve effective team performance and project delivery outcomes.

This role requires you to be based in Dubbo and operates under a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
