Project Brand Ambassador - BGC Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the companys products or services at events and in public
• Engage with potential customers and create a positive image of the company
• Provide product knowledge and demonstrate how products or services work
• Assist customers and riders to download and sign up in the mobile app
• Assist customers in booking rides and ensure to provide their unique promo code for # of bookings monitoring
• Encode and keep records of driver and customer sign ups
• Network and build relationships with potential customers and other industry professionals
• Gather and report feedback to the company on customer interactions and perceptions of the Xpress brand

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least Senior High school graduate or Bachelors degree communications or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey the brand message
• Able to engage with diverse customers
• Excellent customer service skills and proactive in addressing inquiries and concerns
• Must be able to have a thorough understanding of the brand, its product and relay information accurately
• Willing to work on weekends and during holidays
