About the Role
We are looking for a Project Controls Analyst with scheduling expertise to support major capital pipeline and facilities construction projects. A strong candidate is an independent, detail-oriented scheduler who is confident in Primavera P6 and can communicate schedule risk clearly to project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead baseline schedule creation and approval with the project team
- Develop, maintain, and manage schedules for major and tactical capital projects
- Update schedules monthly, revise forecasts, and evaluate the impact of delays
- Determine critical paths to meet project completion dates and develop workarounds with the team
- Review contractor schedule submittals, including baselines and progress updates, for compliance
- Communicate schedule status and key risk areas to project management
Minimum Qualifications
- Around 5 years of project scheduling or project controls experience
- Advanced Primavera P6 skills, including template and WBS use
- Strong understanding of WBS and project estimates
- Knowledge of pipeline and facilities construction phases (permitting, land, survey, construction)
