- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ด้านการประสานงาน
- มีความเข้าใจและสนใจในการทำงานการสื่อสารและเล่าเรื่องด้วยข้อมูล (data-driven communication)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษในการสื่อสารได้ดี
- ใช้เทคโนโลยีและโซเชียลมีเดียต่างๆ ได้ดี (แต่ไม่ต้องส่งสวัสดีตอนเช้าก็ได้นะ)
- มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีวิจารณญาณสูง มีความอดทนสูง สามารถติดต่อผู้คนได้อย่างราบรื่น
- ชอบเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตัวเองตลอดเวลา
