About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented AI & Technology Project Coordinator to support technology adoption, AI initiatives, and stakeholder engagement within a dynamic public sector-related environment.
This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in AI tools, Microsoft 365 Copilot, digital transformation, technology outreach, training, and partnership coordination. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support implementation efforts, user engagement, and proof-of-concept activities.
Key Responsibilities
1) AI Tools Implementation, Outreach & TrainingResearch and review government and commercial enterprise AI tools
Engage internal stakeholders to identify suitable use cases for AI adoption
Support users in understanding and applying AI tools effectively
Conduct briefings, outreach sessions, and training workshops
Prepare regular awareness materials and communications on AI initiatives
Support administration of Microsoft 365 Copilot licences
Assist with budgeting, procurement coordination, and usage monitoring
Help maintain internal AI platforms, knowledge resources, and community channels
Respond to user queries and provide day-to-day support
Coordinate monthly sharing sessions and contribute to course/training reviews
Coordinate technology visits, showcases, and external partner engagements
Facilitate proof-of-concept (POC) and pilot activities
Track trial progress, gather feedback, and support assessment for wider adoption
Match business or operational needs with suitable technology solutions and partners
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional emails
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Good project coordination skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Keen interest in AI, digital tools, innovation, and technology transformation
Preferred Experience
Exposure to public sector or government-related work environment is advantageous
Experience in administration, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, project support, or technology-related initiatives will be an added advantage
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, or digital platforms is a plus
