Location: Delhi
Job Purpose:-
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting
and monitoring the implementation of mandate of C-LAB under India Child
Protection’s programs. The position will also help in achieving the target of
the objectives laid down under C-LAB, India Child Protection
The
project Coordinator will directly work under the directive of National
Coordinator who will assign task from
time to time under the scope of C-LAB which will be in compliance with the
mandate of India child protection
Key Result Areas (KRA):-
· Monitoring and Evaluation
o Assisting
the Supervisor/HOD in preparation/drafting of the targets/tasks to be achieved National
Coordinator each month
o Assisting
the Supervisor in implementation and ensuring the assigned targets and tasks
are achieved by the State Team
o Sharing
of feedback and comments on the performance of various tasks with C-LAB on a monthly basis to the HOD
o Keeping
a track of the targets achieved and pending for execution and achievement so
that necessary inputs can be sought from the Central Office Staff
o Compilation
the status/MIS of the program implementation in the States on the monthly basis
(such as data on the meetings conducted, letters written to various
departments, trainings organized and conducted, etc)
· Documentation
o Compilation
of the key highlights of the achievements implemented in the implementing States on a monthly basis
o Compilation
of any success stories
o Any
other documents to be drafted (minutes of the meetings/decisions, etc)
- Coordination
with various universities etc
- Regular
liaison with various universities under various states for achieving the
mandate of the organization concerned districts to ensure timely
production of children and implementation of relevant child protection
measures.
- Strengthening
institutional coordination for effective follow-up on CWC directives.
- Coordination
Faith Leaders:
- Engage
with various Faith Leaders in programme(s) organized by ICP promoting
child marriage elimination from the world
- Support
in establishing streamlined communication and coordination mechanisms.
Follow-up
on conducting certificate courses, Release of Certificates (RCs), etc:
- Take
charge of tracking and escalating issues of capacity building programme(s),
keeping the data, maintaining the data related to training conducted and
conducting necessary feedback mechanism etc.
- Coordinate
with relevant Institutions for
their timely trainings etc
- Liasoning
with various organistions for capacity
· Liasoning for raising Funds
o Liasoning
with various organization for raising fund under ICP
o Visiting
various organisations providing international funding
o Visiting
various organizations providing CSR funds
o Look
for organization to support ICP in financial support to achieve its objectives
· Miscellaneous
o Any
other additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Education
- Master’s degree in
Social Work (MSW), Sociology, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public
Administration, Law, or a related discipline.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a
relevant discipline may be considered for candidates with substantial
relevant field experience.
- Additional
training/certification in Child
Protection, Child Rights, Juvenile Justice, or related areas would
be an advantage.
Experience
- 5 years of relevant experience in child protection, child rights, social development, trafficking, child
labour, rehabilitation, or related programmes.
- Experience
in coordination with Child Welfare
Committees (CWCs), DCPUs, Police, Labour Department, and other government
departments.
- Experience
in monitoring programme
implementation, tracking targets, follow-ups, and preparing MIS/regular
reports.
- Experience
in documentation, preparing
meeting minutes, compiling success stories, case updates, and programme
achievements.
- Experience
in follow-up and resolution of
pending cases, including complaints, Release Certificates (RCs).
- Experience
working with NGOs, government
stakeholders, district-level authorities, and field teams will be
preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication,
coordination, follow-up, reporting, and documentation skills.
Key

- Achievement of monthly set up target assigned
- Timely monitoring and follow-up of other activities at
the centre level.
- Timely submission and accuracy of monthly MIS and
program reports.
- Effective coordination with various universities and other institutions
- Timely follow-up and resolution/escalation of pending
issues if any
- Quality and timely completion of program documentation
and success stories.
- Regular and effective performance feedback to the
Supervisor/HOD.
- Effective coordination between State Teams and Central
Office.
- Timely identification and escalation of implementation
gaps and challenges.
- Overall effectiveness in supporting State-level program
implementation.
