Project Manager
Summary
Oversee insulation projects for construction, scheduling resources, enforcing safety and quality standards, and coordinating with clients and teams to deliver on budget and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Lead insulation projects for construction works to ensure successful execution and delivery
- Develop and implement detailed project schedules, allocating manpower, materials, and resources efficiently
- Supervise site operations to enforce compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and client specifications
- Monitor project progress, control costs, and optimize productivity to meet budget and timeline targets
- Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project workflows
- Mentor and develop supervisors and insulation teams to enhance performance and professional growth
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and promptly resolve operational issues to maintain project momentum
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in insulation works, including in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of thermal, acoustic, and fireproof insulation systems applied in construction projects
- Good understanding of project management principles, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools to support project planning and reporting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through team management and stakeholder engagement
