Summary

The Role
The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and project support to the engineering and project management teams. The role is responsible for assisting with project planning activities, raising and managing purchase orders, maintaining project documentation and producing project performance metrics and KPI reports.

What will I be delivering?
- Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and record actions and minutes.
- Track actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Raise purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding orders and deliveries.
- Produce regular KPI and project performance reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility of project status.
- Support project reviews, audits, and reporting requirements.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
