• Project coordination experience is required (preferably in commercial construction)
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Capable of managing project-based IT and management systems
  
• Ability to leverage necessary project resources
  
• High accuracy and attention to detail
  

Responsibilities and duties…

• Coordination and scheduling of projects
  
• Construction equipment reservation and management
  
• Complete document control and project scopes of works.
  
• Be accurate in completing tasks daily with attention to detail
  
• Complete weekly and monthly financial reporting
