Project Coordinator – Creative Production
Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a Project Coordinator to coordinate creative projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication among creative teams, stakeholders, and management. The ideal candidate understands creative production workflows and demonstrates strong organization, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination – Coordinate and oversee creative project schedules from initiation through completion.
Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact between internal creative teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Timeline Management – Develop and manage detailed project timelines while clearly communicating deadlines and expectations.
Progress Monitoring – Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions.
Documentation & Reporting – Manage project documentation and provide regular status updates to management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of professional experience in project coordination, preferably within a creative agency or production environment.
Strong understanding of project management workflows within creative production, including graphic design, video production, digital content, or marketing campaigns.
Experience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously, with the ability to effectively handle approximately 5–6 projects/accounts at a time.
Experience serving as the primary point of contact for client coordination, including managing client meetings, reports, and day-to-day project activities.
Strong experience managing project timelines, deliverables, progress monitoring, and reporting while ensuring projects remain on schedule.
Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, , Trello, Jira, or similar platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
