Project Coordinator Data Center
Summary
Coordinates the construction of a new data center in Katowice, managing schedules, contractors, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Data Centre team in Katowice. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the construction phase of a Data Centre project, ensuring activities are delivered on schedule and key project milestones are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Data Centre construction projects.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and overall progress.
- Coordinate activities between the client, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
- Track project deliverables and identify potential risks or delays.
- Support project planning and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Organise and participate in coordination meetings, preparing meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
- Monitor progress against the project programme and escalate issues where necessary.
- Assist with project reporting, including progress updates and KPI tracking.
- Support commissioning and handover activities where required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience coordinating the construction of Data Centre projects or other complex mission-critical facilities.
- Proven experience managing project schedules, milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle.
- Experience working with project scheduling tools .
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
