Summary
Project Coordinator overseeing daily site operations, quality control, and scheduling for retail renovation and interior design projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

Working days & time: 5days , Mon - Fri, 10am – 6:30pm
Location: Bendemeer | Client Site
Salary: $3000 - $4000 + Transport allowances
Job Scopes:
Oversea the daily operations and running of site projects, including quality control and project scheduling enforcement.
Work closely and maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders including clients, suppliers, designers, workers, and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery
Maintain best practices and standards of project management for client quotations scheduling, site preparation, coordination, resources planning, costing and documentation.
Perform risk analysis and monitor project progress with reports to clients and organisation.
Prepare basic reports and updates for management
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years' experience in project coordination / project management preferred
Experience in construction / renovation / interior design is an advantage
