Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our partner's team in Cyprus and support the delivery of construction projects from planning through execution.

This role requires a strong technical background and hands-on experience within the Cyprus construction market. You will coordinate multiple parties involved in project delivery, monitor site activities and progress, and ensure that works are completed in line with technical, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day construction activities across ongoing projects

• Monitor site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements

• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking

• Coordinate communication between contractors, consultants, site teams, and management

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and site records

• Support the allocation and coordination of manpower, equipment, and materials

• Identify potential risks, delays, or operational issues and support the implementation of corrective actions

• Ensure project activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination or site supervision in Cyprus

• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and local regulations

• Registered Member of ETEK

• Experience with project management and scheduling software

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent/native Russian

• Good command of English
