Project Coordinator
Job Summary
You will provide project management services for construction, renovation, and infrastructure upgrades, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects meet cost, time, and quality standards while maintaining site safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Deliver project management services for construction, renovation, A&A, infrastructure improvement, and upgrading works to meet client requirements
- Develop and implement systematic communication plans to ensure timely information flow among all stakeholders
- Liaise effectively with authorities, external contractors, and all involved parties to facilitate project progress
- Chair progress meetings with users, contractors, and consultants, and accurately record meeting minutes
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports with photographic evidence to document contractor performance
- Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with technical specifications and enforce site safety precautions
- Coordinate site activities to maintain cleanliness and ensure smooth operational workflows
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful and timely project completion
- Create detailed reports after each move, documenting move items and logistics
- Coordinate move logistics including vehicle reservations, storage arrangements, and scheduling to address unforeseen challenges
- Attend monthly meetings with the Client to review project status and address concerns
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Client
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent
- Proven project management experience
