Project Coordinator

Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor project progress and site activities.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
  • Prepare project schedules, reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
  • Assist Project Manager in planning, execution, and completion of projects.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and manpower deployment.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
  • Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders, and project documentation.
  • Attend site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Maintain proper filing of project records and correspondence.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in construction, renovation, interior fit-out, or related industry (entry-level candidates may be considered).
  • Familiar with construction drawings and project documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Class 3 driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Working Location: Singapore
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (and Saturday if applicable)
  • Salary Range: e.g. SGD 2,800 – 4,500 (depending on experience)
