Project Coordinator (Up to $3000 / 5 days / Loyang)

Job Title: Project Coordinator (ID4474)
Location: Loyang
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.15am-6.00pm
Salary: $2600-$3000

Job Scopes:
• To coordinate with site representative on all project and site operation,
• To prepare and verify drawing/technical specification for adequacy,
• Follow up progress on sale requisite form, delivery note and goods receipt,
• To coordinate and liaise with Main Contractor and make necessary reports and recommendations to the management on contractual works,
• Assist to plan/monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery,
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project,
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable,
• All related tasks and duties assigned by Management.
