Summary

Coordinates funding programs by validating requests, tracking approvals, and reconciling financial data, using Excel and reporting tools in a corporate finance environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and process funding requests, claims, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with program guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end tracking of funding programs, including follow-up on approvals, agreements, claims, and partner submissions.
  • Monitor fund utilization against approved budgets, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Maintain trackers, databases, and operational records while ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Conduct data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure funding records and system data remain accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare periodic reports on funding utilization, claims status, accruals, and program performance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, finance teams, and external partners to resolve operational issues and support funding-related queries.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence projects to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Sales Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, sales support, finance operations, program management, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation, reporting, reconciliation, and tracking activities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis) and familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of data accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
