Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator will support various functions and cross-departmental collaboration to reduce Lead Time and supports obtaining estimated delivery dates for ETO Orders within Power and IT Systems Business Units.

Job Scope

  • Act as the contact person for the entire organization until the given order enters the production process
  • Fulfills the set objective: Valid order confirmation to the customer within 5 days
  • Prepares a project plan using the parallel activity planning method
  • Understands all risks that may jeopardize the planned delivery time
  • Together with the Product Manager, evaluates and decide whether purchasing or pre-assembly can be carried out based on temporary documentation, and understands all risks associated with such a decision
  • Performs daily monitoring of orders received and related activities. If any deviations occur, evaluates and plans activities that need to be carried out to meet the set delivery time
  • Manages the project from start to finish
  • Escalate deviations when necessary
  • Acts as the contact person for Application Engineering and Order Management, Sales, Technical Sales and works closely with Design Leads, Purchasing, Production Planning, Product Management, Design Engineering

Experience & Education

2-4 years of experience

Secondary education with school-leaving examination (High School Diploma)

English language: B2/C1

Other Skills

  • Microsoft Word – Intermediate
  • Microsoft Excel – Intermediate
  • Experience in project management (PMP certification is an advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems, order management, and supply chain processes

The anticipated salary range for this role Slovakia is between 25 200€ to 31 500€ gross per and reflects the range applicable in that jurisdiction. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits. Compensation is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
