Project Cost Analyst

We are currently seeking a Construction Project Cost Analyst to add to our Goyette Mechanical Construction Division in our South Bend, Indiana vicinity

Specifically, we are looking for local candidates with a background and/or experience in accounting, billing, and administration.

This is a full-time, non-union salaried position with benefits and competitive salary.

Job duties are in Hobart, Indiana vicinity.

Requirements

· 3-5+ years’ experience in accounting, billing, accounts payable and a strong foundation in administration.

· Demonstrated organizational and follow-up skills with strong document management abilities.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work based on deadlines; excellent time management skills are necessary to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

· Attention-to-detail, timeliness, excellent customer service, prompt follow-up, and accuracy are highly critical in this role.

· Experience receiving, handling, processing, communicating, and storing confidential information, including PII and company proprietary information.

· Must be able to foster and support a teamwork environment, placing a high emphasis on excellent customer service.

· Dependable, adaptable, and proactive with good interpersonal skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Previous accounting and/or billing experience for a Construction, Mechanical, or HVAC/R company.

· Solid construction accounting software experience, ie. COINS.
