Project Engineer

Antea is seeking a Project Engineer in Italy (Padova/Milano) to support the technical team, manage knowledge of platform features, train and assist customers on implementation, and oversee project phases including Gantt charts.

The role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering (Junior), strong public speaking, English fluency, and a proactive mindset with problem-solving skills. Remote work is possible after initial training, with a 40-hour work week and flexible hours.

Managing the technical knowledge of our platform's features and its various modules. Providing training and supporting the implementation of current customer projects. Managing various project phases and managing the Gantt chart. Supporting and assisting the client in using our software. Managing timeline progress and priorities Managing customer communication Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial engineering (Junior). Strong public speaking skills, comfortable discussing technical topics in a broad spectrum of the industry. Experience with remote working. Passion for technology and engineering. Self-driven individual with an excellent aptitude for problem-solving. Fully fluent in English. Basic understanding of Information Technology. Responsibility and high work ethic.
