Project Engineer (Automation)
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic engineering team to manage and coordinate exciting projects from planning to completion. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to customer requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate engineering resources and ensure project quality, safety, and customer expectations are met.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in project engineering or project coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Exposure to automation equipment or manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Working location: North, must be comfortable to work night shifts from time to time.
