Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Project Engineer to step into a high visibility role supporting impactful construction projects from concept through completion. You will work alongside experienced leadership, gain exposure to complex developments, and play a critical role in keeping projects on track, on budget, and aligned with high quality standards.
What You Will Do
- Support multiple active construction projects, ensuring timelines, documentation, and deliverables are consistently met
- Assist in preparing and organizing bid packages, including scope documentation and contractor coordination
- Review construction plans and drawings, identifying discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for cost efficiencies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key partners to navigate challenges and support ongoing progress
- Track plan revisions and ensure updates are properly communicated and implemented
- Create and manage project timelines, outlining key phases, target dates, and progress checkpoints
- Facilitate initial project meetings and ensure consistent, transparent communication among all parties
- Assist with managing project communication and documentation to ensure alignment and continuity
- Monitor permitting processes and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Provide support with vendor interactions and help track project-related financial activities
- Support utility coordination efforts, including applications, account setup, and service transfers
- Maintain accurate project records, including permits, inspections, and approvals
- Conduct occasional site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and support project timelines
- Assist with warranty follow ups and closeout processes as needed
- Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to senior construction leadership
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience supporting construction projects, engineering, or related field
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Well-structured and able to handle shifting priorities and time-sensitive deliverables
- Communicates clearly and works well with a variety of teams and stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general project coordination software
- Able to travel to project locations as needed
