Position Overview
We are hiring two Project Engineers to join our Lewiston, Maine facility.
These positions offer the opportunity to work on high-impact engineering initiatives supporting manufacturing operations, capital equipment installations, facility improvements, and process development. Depending on experience and career interests, candidates will join one of two engineering teams:
- Project Engineer – Operations – Reporting to the Special Projects Manager within the Operations organization, this role focuses on capital projects, facility expansions, equipment installations, and operational improvements.
- Project Engineer – Engineering – Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role focuses on manufacturing process development, equipment optimization, product introductions, and engineering-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
Both positions provide significant opportunities to lead projects from concept through implementation while working alongside Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams.
