Responsibilities
- Manage overall project delivery, including planning, scheduling and execution.
- Track drawing progress and coordinate with design and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Liaise with internal and external production teams on precast production, delivery and quality matters.
- Conduct joint inspections with the main contractor and production engineer at project sites and precast yards to identify drawing, production and quality issues.
- Communicate with clients daily to understand their needs and requirements and represent their interests on site.
- Monitor project quality and performance, including budget, schedule, plans and personnel performance, and provide regular progress updates.
- Attend weekly site meetings and address site requests relating to precast works.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and other project stakeholders to provide coordination and technical support.
Requirements
- Knowledge of building and structural details and local construction practices, with the ability to interpret drawings and assist in resolving technical and quality issues.
- Familiarity with tender and bidding processes, engineering standards, and local building, construction and safety regulations.
- Ability to coordinate precast project activities across design, production, delivery and site teams.
- Able to attend site meetings and conduct inspections at construction sites and precast yards.
