We're looking for an experienced L3 Projects Engineer to join a high-performing Managed Services team, delivering infrastructure and Azure cloud projects for enterprise customers across a mix of on-premises and Microsoft cloud technologies.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering multiple infrastructure and cloud projects simultaneously while providing technical leadership and acting as a Level 3 escalation point for complex issues.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver Microsoft infrastructure and cloud projects for enterprise clients (500-5k seats)
• Design, implement and migrate modern Microsoft environments
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
• Deliver Microsoft 365 migrations, upgrades and tenant improvements
• Implement and support Azure infrastructure and hybrid environments
• Provide Level 3 technical support and project expertise
• Work closely with Project Managers and customers to ensure successful project delivery
• Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Recent MSP experience (within the last 2 years)
• Experience delivering projects for customers sized 500+
• Strong Microsoft 365 implementation and migration experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune deployment and endpoint management
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Experience across both on-premises and cloud infrastructure
• Good networking fundamentals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
