Position: Project Engineer (Security &Communication Systems)

About the Role

Jupiter Protection Pte Ltd is seeking a highly capable and driven Project Engineer for Security & Communication Systems to support the delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects, including data centres, commercial developments, and high-security facilities.

This role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise in ELV systems, Security CCTV n Access Control System, Fire alarm system, PA system and proven project management experience to ensure successful project execution from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end project execution for security and communication systems
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of systems
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
  • Identify and resolve technical and site issues proactively
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover materials
  • Prepare tender documentation, Purchase Order, project paper.
  • Able to use AutoCAD or similar system and advantage to those with BIM Modeler software.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Strong experience in:
  • ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Public Address (PA) Systems and Fire Protection Systems.
  • Good knowledge of local codes, standards, and authority requirements (Singapore).
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in data centre or critical infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with integrated security systems and smart technologies.
  • Leadership capability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
