Project IT Developer

Job Description

• Gather business and technical requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Plan and coordinate IT projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop, configure, maintain, and improve business applications and IT systems.
• Manage IT hardware, software, network resources, and technical support.
• Lead system implementation, testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and deployment.
• Ensure data security, system integrity, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and IT asset records.
• Conduct user training, system orientation, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in system implementation, application support, infrastructure, or IT project management is preferred.
• Knowledge in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, SQL, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, networking concepts, and system integrations.
• Understanding of project management methodologies is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines. Can work fully onsite in Quezon City.
