🔹 Role: Provide strategic leadership for a regional GBV prevention and response project across Ethiopia, Kenya, and Somalia, ensuring quality implementation, donor compliance, partnerships, and team management.

🔹 Requirements:
• 🎓 MA in Project Management, Gender Studies, or related field
• 🗂️ 7+ years’ experience leading complex development/GBV projects
• Experience managing multi-country programs, institutional grants, and diverse teams
• Strong skills in partnership management, M&E, project cycle management, and gender transformative programming
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills
