Covers determination of project / program goals and support of business objectives and strategies. Ensures projects / program achieve their targets, keep their schedule, and maintain estimated cost, time, and quality within planned scope. Covers management of risks that affect the delivery of project outcomes.
Project Management Office & Support (PMO) develops and ensures the implementation of Nokia's project management methodology, processes, tools, improvement, and efficiency program to ensure all internal and external customer project deliveries are made efficiently and with quality.
- Support the complete project lifecycle, from project initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Maintain PMO governance standards, methodologies, templates, and best practices across projects.
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and risk registers.
- Track project progress, budgets, timelines, resource utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate governance activities such as steering committee meetings, project reviews, and audit readiness.
- Facilitate communication among project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy across project management systems and reporting tools.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation requirements while supporting mitigation planning.
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and reporting mechanisms.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field with total 8+ years and 4+ years of relevant experience in Project Management Office (PMO), Project Coordination, or Project Support roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and project lifecycle management.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting, excellent documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
