Project Manager (A1 Main Contractor, Mixed Development)
About the Company & Role
We are partnering with a well-established A1 main contractor with a strong track record in delivering residential, industrial, commercial and mixed development across Singapore. Due to upcoming project demands, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of the mixed development building project.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full project lifecycle - from planning, coordination, to successful handover.
Oversee site operations, ensuring progress aligns with timeline, cost, safety, and quality standards.
Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary project team including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Coordinate closely with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to drive smooth project execution.
Monitor project risks, propose mitigation measures, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
Manage budgets, progress claims, VO submissions, and procurement of key materials.
Provide timely reporting to senior management on project status and key milestones.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the construction sector with strong understanding of commercial building projects (offices, mixed-use developments, or similar).
Proven leadership in managing medium to large-scale projects as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer stepping up.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience liaising with consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
Solid understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and project management best practices.
Driven, hands-on, and able to lead fast-paced construction environments.
