Project Manager- ABWF (Salary up to $90,000 + bonus)

Construction Project Manager for ABWF (alterations, building works & fit-out) projects in Hong Kong: delivers projects end to end from planning to handover, leading contractors, consultants and stakeholders while managing programme, budget, quality and safety, plus NEC/FIDIC contract administration and BIM coordination. Requires 15+ years of construction experience.
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall project delivery from planning through completion and handover.
Oversee structural, architectural, building services, E&M and external works.
Lead construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Monitor programme, budget, quality, safety, and project risks.
Coordinate design development, technical submissions, and BIM implementation.
Manage NEC/FIDIC contract administration, variations, claims, and EOT submissions.
Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, and utility companies.
Drive project performance, safety culture, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering, or Construction Management.
15+ years of construction experience in ABWF.
5+ years in Project Manager or Senior Construction Manager role.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
Excellent programme and commercial management skills.
