Project Manager – Business Transformation & AI

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead business transformation, BPO, and AI-related initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience working within the insurance, healthcare, finance, or banking industries and can effectively manage projects from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage business transformation and BPO projects.

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and other project partners.

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, resources, and risks.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

• Support the implementation of AI use cases and technology-driven improvements.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.

• Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

• Ensure project objectives are aligned with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

• Experience in at least one of the following industries:

  • Insurance

  • Healthcare

  • Finance

  • Banking

• Experience managing business model transformation or BPO projects.

• Exposure to AI use case implementation or AI-enabled projects.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

• Project management certification is an advantage but not required.
