About the role
Project Manager experience (8-10+ years) and with good communication. If acquire project management certification, will be an added advantage.
Key pointers:
- Good communication and customer handling.
- Good understanding of HW infra in server, storage, network and OS/Virtualization such as Windows, Linux and VMWare.

Need 5 Years methodology to cover full cycle project and stakeholder engagement and change management risk management.
Handle full software solution
Need to handle multiple project
• Manages customer project delivery.
o Revenue as detailed in Impact section.
o Small to medium/straightforward/local scope.
o Low to High risk.
o Straightforward legal and commercial issues.
• Manages project financials including P&L.
o Meets or exceeds SOAR approved budgets.
o Provides reliable financial forecasts to HP management.
• Manages business development.
o Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project.
o Supports qualification and opportunity assessment for Small/Medium straightforward opportunities.
o Acts as opportunity manager for low/Medium risk deals.
• Manages stakeholder/client relationships.
o Manages first level to mid-level client delivery relationships.
o Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients.
• Manages project team.
o Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 10 people.
o Encourages skill development of project team members.
o Provides performance feedback for team members.
Requirements
• Demonstrates a basic knowledge of key HP Services’ operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
• Understands project management methods.
• Participates in the HP PM Professions community.
• On a development plan, leading to higher PM skills.
