1.Project management for ASIC/IC/IP project from kickoff to mass production

2.Project schedule, quality, resource, risk, documents management

3.Coordinate cross-functional groups both inside company and outside company to ensure project move forward smoothly

4.Regular meeting with the customer and Good communication and program management skills

Requirements

1.Technical requirement(Must have)

- Experience in IC industry, ASIC preferred, familiar with IC/SoC design flow and manufacturing process

- Understanding details of Digital or Mixed-signal IC design flow

- Knowledge of ASIC/SoC/IC, foundry technology, OSAT industrial solutions

2.Management requirement(Good to have)

- Managing experience of SoC/IC design or ASIC design service team

- Project manager experience in IC industry
