Project Manager (Banking Domain)

Our client, a prominent player in the banking industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Corporate Banking domain knowledge to lead and deliver technology initiatives. This role is crucial for driving project management, governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery execution across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee sessions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive implementation and transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking domains.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
• Proven experience delivering technology, digital transformation, and corporate banking-related projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.
• Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
• Experience in corporate banking or financial services environments.
• Knowledge of Corporate Banking Domains such as CASA, Loans, Treasury, Accounting, Payments, and Regulatory Reporting (MAS, JFSA).
