Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Develop project schedules and manage resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. - Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise. - Utilize project management tools, including Smartsheet, to track project milestones and deliverables. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills: - Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of PMO processes. - Proficiency in project management software, particularly Smartsheet. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
