Project Manager

Bitrock is seeking an experienced project delivery manager to govern project execution, ensuring turnover and margins targets are met for assigned customers, while fostering a strong team environment.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate new proposals with the Sales Department, and optimize resource use with HR and Planning; a technical IT/management engineering background and 3–5 years in complex software projects are preferred.

Govern delivery by managing resources to achieve turnover and margin objectives for the customer. Manage relationships with various customer contacts. Guarantee the well-being of your work team. Identify, promote and coordinate launches of new proposals with Sales involvement (projects, services, products). Optimize resource management on projects in collaboration with HR and Planning. Technical degree in IT/management engineering (preferred). 3–5 years in a similar role on complex software development projects. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; team-oriented. Excellent problem solving, analysis and synthesis. Good written and spoken English (C1+). Knowledge of MS Project or Planview.
