This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both project delivery and business analysis disciplines, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions to successfully deliver initiatives that create value.
Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you will facilitate programme and project delivery for initiatives involving technology, software, systems, platforms, licensing, and process improvement.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered successfully and aligned with ICT business priorities.
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 5+ years' relevant experience within ICT, digital transformation, project delivery, business analysis, or technology-enabled change environments.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technology, software, systems, platform, or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of project delivery methodologies, governance, risk management, requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience supporting business change initiatives, including adoption, training, communications, and transition to new systems and processes.
- Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to translate business needs into practical and achievable delivery outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivery outcomes.
- A current New Zealand Driver Licence and willingness to travel domestically when required.
