Project Manager / Business Analyst

Job Description

• Project Management:

  • Assume full responsibility for enterprise solutions and business applications projects from inception to post-implementation support.

• IT Governance:

  • Assist in IT governance and strategic planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technology projects.

• Policy Development:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies, best practices, standards, and procedures in:
    • IT Project Management
    • Applications development
    • Change management
    • Release management
    • Service delivery
    • All aspects of IT operations

• Budgeting:

  • Participate in the budgeting process by analyzing costs, value, and risks of information technology.
  • Advise management and recommend actions based on analysis.

• Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to continuously monitor and improve the performance of IT operations.
  • Set and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for IT services.

Job Requirements

• Experience:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a business analyst or project management role.
  • Experience in Electronic Records Management and HR solutions is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Facility Management industry is a plus.

• Certifications:

  • PMP or other Project Management certifications are a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with users, vendors, and internal IT teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users at all levels of the corporate hierarchy.
  • Technical knowledge in web, database, and cloud technologies is a considerable advantage.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a business-related discipline.
