Summary
A 6-month contract Project Manager role (hybrid, Warwickshire, 1–2 days onsite per week) on a Product Model / Target Operating Model transformation programme spanning business and IT change. Day rate £550–700 inside IR35; the work centres on governance, planning, reporting and business/people change using Prince2/Agile.

Oe of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Project Manager.
Location – Hybrid / Warwickshire / Remote – approx. 1-2 days per week onsite.
(Ideally you will be based within 1.5 hours of Warwickshire)

You will be working as a Project Manager on a Product Model transformation programme so any experience of working on projects with exposure to Product Model Design, Target Operating Model Design, TOM. The project/programme will include both business and IT elements and people change / business change / transformation / adoption.
Experience:
- Strong project management – governance, planning, risks, issues, reporting, standards
- Stakeholder management
- Business change / transformation / people change / cultural change project experience
- Transformation / change
- Prince 2 / Agile
Desirable:
- Exposure to Operating Model related projects
- Exposure to regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Utilities, Telecoms
