Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities include: - Planning, managing, and overseeing project execution from initiation to completion. - Defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. - Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets. - Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. - Identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. - Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. - Ensuring that quality standards and project objectives are met throughout the project lifecycle. - Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs as necessary. - Conducting project meetings and maintaining comprehensive documentation. - Leading post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project performance. Required Qualifications include: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - A minimum of 11 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong organizational and leadership skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification. - Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. - Industry-specific project management experience.
