Summary
A construction project manager who plans and executes building projects focused on structural reinforced concrete works — coordinating with main contractors, overseeing site operations and administration, ensuring quality, safety, and ISO compliance, and leading project staff using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
To be able to manage and execute the company projects in building construction which covers:
- Experience in Structural Reinforced Concrete Trade
- Ability to oversee the entire process and knowledgeable in project management on construction site relating to all operational and administration procedures
- Carry out project planning
- Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with Main Contractor to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
- Ensure project activities complied with the Company’s ISO system
- Lead a team of project staff
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of work
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Motivated personality with good communicative and interpersonal skills
- Manager role for industrial and/or large-scale developments.
- Good leadership to lead a team of project staff
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and familiar with Microsoft Project
