Construction Project Manager
Summary
The Construction Project Manager oversees construction engineering projects from start to finish, coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. The role involves managing site teams, reviewing technical documentation, and resolving site-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and manage construction engineering projects from commencement to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs and safety requirements.
- Review project plans, drawings, specifications and work programmes.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates and other project documentation.
- Supervise site teams and ensure compliance with applicable Singapore construction and workplace safety requirements.
Requirements
- Strong project coordination, planning and communication skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
- Knowledge of Singapore construction practices and workplace safety requirements will be an advantage.
- Relevant technical certificates, safety certificates (e.g. BCSS/BCCT), or equivalent hands-on industry experience will be considered, where relevant to the role.
