As a Project Manager at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:

Project Planning

• Develop project plans, define priorities, align deliverables with business goals, and ensure projects are realistically planned and properly structured before execution.
• Support project initiation through research, feasibility assessments, and analysis of business opportunities, requirements, and risks

Project Execution

• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to successful completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
• Independently drive project execution, coordinate all involved parties, resolve day-to-day delivery issues, and ensure that project objectives are achieved.
• Manage several projects in parallel, balancing priorities, resources, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple workstreams.
• Be available online outside regular working hours when urgent project operational issues arise, coordinating teams to implement hotfixes and ensuring timely incident reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Risk Management

• Proactively identify project risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Develop mitigation plans, resolve issues where possible, and escalate critical risks with clear recommendations and impact assessment.
• Ensure that risks are tracked, communicated, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget Ownership

• Coordinate project-related costs, track expenses, and support budget planning and approvals where required.

Product & Technical Coordination

• Manage project-related product and technical requirements in cooperation with relevant product, technical, and operational teams.
• Maintain and adjust project settings within the CMS where required, monitor product performance and functionality, and coordinate improvements based on performance data.
• Oversee testing, validation, issue resolution, and optimization activities to ensure that project deliverables meet business and technical requirements.

External Team & Vendor Management

• Manage external contributors, freelancers, agencies, and third-party vendors involved in project delivery.
• Define tasks, expectations, deadlines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria for external parties.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensure timely delivery, review deliverables, and address performance or quality issues when needed.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main project owner and central point of contact for internal stakeholders across departments.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, align teams around priorities, communicate project status, and drive decision-making where cross-functional alignment is required.
• Facilitate cooperation between departments to resolve dependencies and ensure smooth project execution.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation, including plans, timelines, requirements, decisions, risks, changelogs, and status updates.
• Prepare regular project reports, performance updates, status updates, budget updates, and delivery summaries for management and stakeholders.

Task Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Create, assign, prioritize, and track tasks for internal and external team members.
• Lead cross-functional project teams without direct line management authority, ensuring accountability, focus, and timely delivery.
• Monitor workload, remove delivery obstacles, follow up on commitments, and ensure that project goals and deadlines are achieved.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of secondary education (General/Professional track).

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.

• Proven background in the iGaming sector.

• Solid knowledge and experience in managing project lifecycles and delivering results.
• Core Skills
• Strong task prioritization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Skill in coordinating effectively with internal teams and external contributors.

• High level of self-management and initiative.

• Ability to process data and make logic-based decisions.

Will be a plus:

• Regional Expertise: Solid experience working within the regions of Africa and Asia.
• System Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing CMS and CRM platforms.
