The role covers planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting to senior stakeholders across business and technology teams, paying $120-$175/hour with hybrid working.
Salary: $120 – $175 per hour

The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale transformation initiative within a complex enterprise environment.
Working across business and technology stakeholders, you will oversee project planning, execution, governance and reporting while ensuring delivery outcomes remain aligned to strategic objectives. This role will suit a highly capable project professional who thrives in complex environments and has a proven track record delivering significant change initiatives.
What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large transformation project
Manage project scope, budgets, timelines and delivery outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Identify, assess and manage project risks and dependencies
Monitor project performance and provide clear reporting to leadership
Ensure project delivery remains aligned to strategic business objectives
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation projects
Proven project delivery experience across business and technology environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
Experience managing project budgets, forecasts and delivery plans
Ability to navigate complex organisational structures and competing priorities
Knowledge of project management frameworks and hybrid delivery approaches
Insurance or Financial Services experience will be highly regarded
