Oversees construction projects in Singapore, managing timelines, budgets, staff, site safety, and regulatory approvals to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating stakeholders.
.Oversee all project activities, including cost management,project schedule, staff development, site safety and security
· Project management, coordination, implementation, execution,control, and completion of specific projects
· Manage project staff and provide direction and support toproject team
· Perform project planning, budgeting, and identification ofresources needed.
· Monitor’s timeline of all submissions to authorities andobtaining the necessary approvals/permits/certificates.
· Monitor the progress of the construction activities and holdregular status meetings with various stakeholders.
· Coordinate the efforts of all parties in meeting the projectschedule and ensure that the project completes on time and within budget andquality standards.
· Regular inspection of construction sites to ensure complianceto quality and site safety.
