Summary
Manage civil and building construction projects in Singapore from planning to completion, overseeing schedule, budget, quality, safety, and compliance with BCA regulations while coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
· Lead and manage civiland building construction projects from planning to completion.
· Oversee projectschedule, budget, quality, and safety performance.
· Coordinate with clients,consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
· Manage site teams andensure smooth project execution.
· Monitor project progressand resolve technical/site issues promptly.
· Conduct project meetingsand prepare progress reports.
· Ensure compliance withBCA regulations and company standards.
Job Requirements
· Degree in CivilEngineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
· Minimum 5–10 years ofrelevant Singapore construction experience.
· Experience managingbuilding projects with main contractors preferred.
